Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vet Life has no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thevetlifeus@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve it promptly.
