RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at thevetlifeus@gmail.com. We will provide you with the nearest return address based on your location. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thevetlifeus@gmail.com so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it following the process above. Once accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at thevetlifeus@gmail.com.
